Canon PC toner for this series comes in black, with two standard-capacity choices: remanufactured toner that replaces the Canon 7833A001, and compatible toner that replaces the Canon E40. Both are made for Canon PC printers.
Canon PC series toner
The Canon PC series covers many printer models, from the PC-140 and PC-150 to the PC-430, PC-740 and PC-860. The toner for these printers is black only, in standard capacity.
Remanufactured and compatible options
Each option replaces a different Canon part number, so check which one your printer takes before you order.
- Remanufactured: toner that replaces the Canon 7833A001, rated at about 3,500 pages.
- Compatible: toner that replaces the Canon E40, rated at about 4,000 pages.
Choosing the right toner for your PC printer
Find your model name on the front or top of the printer, such as PC-320 or PC-425, then pick the matching series model to see which toner works with it. Both options are aftermarket toner, and compatible and remanufactured cartridges cost less than new name-brand cartridges.
If you print mostly black text pages, the higher page yield of the E40 replacement may suit you. If your printer uses the 7833A001, the remanufactured toner is the direct match.
