Sharp toner here is mostly compatible toner for Sharp copiers and printers, covering black, cyan, magenta and yellow. The black MX-61NTBA is rated at about 40,000 pages, and one remanufactured black ink, the UX-C70B, is also available.
Sharp toner and ink at a glance
Most of the supplies for Sharp machines are compatible toner. Each one replaces a specific Sharp part number, so you can match the toner to the number you already use. The range also includes one remanufactured ink.
Black toner and page yields
Four compatible black toners are available, all with standard capacity. They replace these Sharp part numbers:
- MX-61NTBA: about 40,000 pages
- AR-455NT: about 35,000 pages
- MX-36NTBA: about 24,000 pages
- MX-B42T: about 20,000 pages
Color toner sets
Color machines need cyan, magenta and yellow as well as black. Compatible color toner is available in two families:
- MX-36NT series: MX-36NTCA cyan, MX-36NTMA magenta and MX-36NTYA yellow, each about 15,000 pages
- MX-61NT series: MX-61NTCA cyan, MX-61NTMA magenta and MX-61NTYA yellow, each about 24,000 pages
Pair each color with the black toner from the same family, such as MX-36NTBA with the MX-36NT colors or MX-61NTBA with the MX-61NT colors.
Remanufactured ink
The remanufactured black ink replaces the Sharp UX-C70B and has a page yield of about 500 pages. It is the only ink in the range, and it is remanufactured rather than compatible.
Finding the right supply
Check the part number on your current supply, or in your printer's manual, and match it to the numbers above. Compatible cartridges cost less than new name-brand cartridges, which can help when you print in volume.
