Xerox Toner Cartridges

Xerox toner here is mostly compatible, made to work with Xerox Phaser, WorkCentre, VersaLink and other Xerox printers. Black toner leads the range, from standard to extra high yield, and compatible cartridges cost less than new name-brand cartridges. A few drums and waste containers are also available.

Compatible supplies for Xerox printers

Nearly everything for Xerox printers is aftermarket. Most items are compatible, and a small number are remanufactured. The range is built mainly around toner, with a few drums, cartridges and waste containers for printers that need them.

Series with the most supplies

The largest groups of supplies are for the Phaser, WorkCentre and VersaLink series. You will also find supplies for C series, AltaLink, CopyCentre, PrimeLink, Versant, DocuColor and FaxCentre printers. Check your printer's exact model name before you choose, since many Xerox models use different toner.

Colors and page yields

Black toner is the most common choice, and color toner comes in Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. Multi-packs are also offered. Toner comes in Standard, High Yield and Extra High Yield sizes, so you can match the cartridge to how much you print.

  • High Yield black: for example, compatible toner that replaces the Xerox 006R04391 is rated for about 3,000 pages, and the one that replaces the 006R01818 is rated for about 34,300 pages.
  • Extra High Yield black: for example, compatible toner that replaces the Xerox 106R03944 is rated for about 46,700 pages, and the one that replaces the 006R04401 is rated for about 6,000 pages.

Finding the right part number

Look for the part number printed on your current cartridge, such as 106R03524 or 006R04685, and match it to the product. Each compatible toner lists the Xerox part number it replaces, so you can confirm it fits your printer before you order.
